Ministry of Commerce: Supporting foreign trade companies to resume work and production will simplify foreign trade management procedures

Actively do a good job in stabilizing foreign trade, foreign investment, and promoting consumption, and minimize the impact of the epidemic on business development

The notice points out that we should support the development of new forms and models of foreign trade, strengthen export credit insurance support, actively respond to overseas trade restrictions, deepen innovative development of service trade, and encourage enterprises to make good use of preferential policies in free trade agreements. We need to implement laws and regulations such as the Foreign Investment Law and Implementation Regulations, guide foreign-funded enterprises to make full use of various support policies and measures to cope with the epidemic, strengthen tracking services for foreign investment projects, innovate and optimize investment promotion methods, guide open platforms such as free trade pilot zones and national economic and technological development zones to prevent and control development, strengthen dynamic monitoring of foreign-funded enterprises, and provide targeted services and guidance. We need to establish a rapid response mechanism for overseas epidemic response and provide coordinated services for overseas Chinese enterprises. We need to support innovative business and service models for commercial circulation enterprises, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of pedestrian streets, promote the improvement and expansion of service consumption, unleash the potential of emerging consumption, and develop convenience stores and markets
